fitness for kicks

Our Fitness for Kicks programme is a series of 30min work-out sessions incorporating basic martial art techniques. It offers:

  • Full body work-out
  • Cardio fitness
  • Strength and toning exercises
  • Stretching
  • Professional and supportive instructors

  • FITNESS FOR KICKS BOOT CAMPS

Our boot camps are held once a week, over 8 weeks. The training takes place outdoors. The final training session includes a social breakfast to celebrate your achievements.

Currently, we only run boot camps in the Point Cook area. Our next Fitness for Kicks boot camp is scheduled for every Sat, 7am -7:30am from 11 Oct to 22 Nov 2008. The eighth and final session will take place on Sun 30 Nov 2008, 9:30am-10am, followed by breakfast at the Point Cook Homestead.

Fitness for Kicks is suitable for all fitness levels, and great fun for the whole family. We keep the group small, so there are limited spots and booking is ESSENTIAL.

Please email us to register your interest.

    FITNESS FOR KICKS @ WORK

Our time efficient fitness programme is well suited for the corporate world. All you need is 30mins out of your day for an effective work out.

To discuss your company's requirements, please contact us via email.

    FITNESS FOR KICKS @ SCHOOL

The current concerns regarding the rise of obesity and its related health issues, is influencing our schools and community to search for ways to promote healthier eating habits in combination with a more active lifestyle. Introducing a programme such as Fitness for Kicks during lunch hours or as part of your after school programme, is a simple way to encourage fitness as a habit.

To discuss your school's or club's requirements, please contact us via email.
